URL's in Outlook Express

I can't open any URL's in emails and get a message saying
can't find program.exe.
I know I can cut and paste the webpage address into the
taskbar on Internet explorer to get to the web page I want
but I want to get the links working again from
Outlook/express.
Help!

I have exactly the same problem as Angela and the usual 'fixes' posted on
this site do not work as they probably apply to older versions. I will keep
looking for a olution but would appreciate anyone who has sorted this problem
to step forward, thanks.
