URL Link Problem

I am using Windows Vista Professional. When I receive a URL link in an
email clicking on the link will not open my browser and display the link.
It is a recent problem since the links were displayed in the past without a
problem. Can anyone help solve this problem?

Hi,

Close your email program and any open browser instances.

Click start and type CMD. Right click the entry that appears in the start
menu and choose 'run as administrator'. From the prompt, run:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

After a moment you will get a successful message. Close the command prompt,
then open your email program and retry the links.
