URL address bar arrow won't work

Hi All

My friends IE6 has a small problem,
she can no longer get IE6 to remember her last visited sites
and says that the blue drop-down arrow won't function,
says it doesn't do anything when she presses it ?

Is it likely she's switched the option off somewhere ?
Otherwise i've suggested she moves over to Firefox.

This can happen with a corrupted History folder. Totally delete it:

I'll get her to try this, but clearing the TIF sorts
a lot of problems as i remember.
