Urgent help, RIGHT JUSTIFY leading zeros

I am really stuck badly,
I am using a recordset in vba
I have a field myrs1(3)
I am writing this to a text file. The field needs to be
11 characters long and needs to be right justified with
leading zeros, please heeelp
