URGENT!! DLL HELL

Hey guys, I have a quick question.
I have a class library (dll) and a console application that consumes it.

My question is: Do I need to compile the console application everytime I
compile the class library???
Same question for Windows Forms app.

You need to stop autoincrementing the AssemblyVersion of your class library.
