upside down screen

OK When I log onto Windows the entire screen is upside
down. When I restart the computer it says "Hewlwtt
Packard" and it is turned the correct way. I have no
idea how this happened or how to fix it. If anyone has a
clue, Please Help!

You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your Desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".
