Upper case letter change to lower case when opened on another comp

A single slide powerpoint was created with all capital letter text on a
desktop PC.

When another user opens the file on his laptop, the text has changed to
capital letter on the first letter of each word, followed by lower case
letters in the rest of the word.

Problem is isolated to the laptop. Help, about shows the same version on both:
11.8227.8221 SP3.
