UPNP Missing

I am trying to install a network with the MS-500 router. When I start the
"wizard", I get a message telling me that Upnp is not installed. It is. I
have removed it, reloaded it to no avail. Other pnp devices work fine. OS is
XPHome.

Also make sure the SSDP service is running.
