My video camera is a JVC Super VHS, model GR-SXM920. The transfer line goes
to the port COM 1. Movie Maker won't recognize this input. Can someone help.
I have a weeding video and stills.
P.S. It came with Picture Navigator for uploading stills.

MovieMaker will not talk to your camera on a Com port only through a 1394
firewire interface. Try the JVC website and see if JVC has a software
download for your camera to transfer the video to PC, and once your get the
movie onto your computer then import them into MovieMaker assuming they are
in a format that MovieMaker imports, if not then you need to convert them to
one MovieMaker will import.
