Upgrading to CF 2.0

Hi, I have a really strange problem. I have a Main solution project which
reference a couple of
class libraries built in separate solutions. I have upgraded all 3 solutions
to V2 and
recompiled and built new binaries. When in Main -> Project properties i am
trying to set
references to the class libraries they are showing up as V1.0??!!!? . I
have definitely
upgraded both those projects to V2.0 so why does the VS2005 tool think they
are V1.0.

I am finding that V1.0 apps moved to CF 2.0 do not always run smoothly.
Are there any issues to be awareof.
