upgrading spyware

Please, please, please remember on upgrades the users
preference to "always hide" the spyware icon in the tray.
And also please stop putting the icon on my desktop. I
upgrade weekly and go through the same steps - re-hide the
tray icon and delete the desktop icon. Help!
