upgrading mainboard

I'm upgrading a W2KP to a newer mainboard and was wondering if there are any processes I need to know before I do it. It's moving from a AMD AOpen mainboard to a Intel P4 Biostar Mainboard. The HDD will remain, the Video will be the on board video and the NIC will also be the onboard NIC
