Upgrading machines to XP via a script... warning banner causing is

We are beginning to upgrade our workstations from W2K to XP. We will be doing
this via a script. Everything works well except for one thing: the logon
banner. Our legal department will not allow us to temporarily disable it
while we are doing the upgrade which will be prolonged and global.

Is there a way to temporarily bypass the banner without a lot of manual
labor on a daily basis?

Any input will be appreciated.

You can have your script temporarily remove the Legal caption and text and restore it at the end.
