Upgrading from XP Home to XP Pro

My company is getting ready to upgrade quite a few XP Home machines to XP Pro
(We need the advanced security policies). Since are computers are spread out
all over the US we connect to them remotely by using www.GoToMyPC.com. How
hard is it to upgrade to XP Pro remotely using gotomypc? Is it even possible?
