Upgrading BIOS, Win XP Re-Activation

Thanx for all the info. I ended up reinstalling the ATI card, flashing the
BIOS with the latest version from eMachines, and using the restore CDs to get
out of the loop we were in with activation. When the system booted I was
prompted for the XP Key so I entered the key that eMachines support gave me,
but that was invalid. I am going to contact Microsoft tomorrow to see if they
can provide a proper key.

OEM keys that come with pre-installed software, in your case - eMachines,
are not the responsibility of Microsoft but of eMachines.
