Upgrade TS Liscensing

I was looking around Microsofts website but haven't found anyting yet but we
currently have a win 2000 terminal server liscensing server set up. We are
upgrading a few servers to 2003 and have to install the liscening on a 2003
box. Is there a procedure listed out on upgrading the TS liscening server or
can we just decomission the 2000 machine and install it on the 2003 server?
