Upgrade to WinXP Pro

I have just upgraded WinXP Home to WinXP Pro in order to install all the
features of VB Basic. I now need to get IIS, Frontpage extensions, and
TCP/IP installed. The install program cannot find simptcp.dll and accserv.mib
either on my computer or on any XP disk I have. The system is entirely legit
and uptodate. What now?

Control panel > Add or Remove Programs > Windows Components and look for the
IIS install option.
