Question:
What do I need to do in order to upgrade from a Single-
User license to a multi-user edition?

I currently have Windows XP Pro Single-User installed.
When I go to upgrade to the multi-user edition I get an
error:

The option to upgrade will not be avaiable at this time
because Setup was unable to load the file
D:\i386\WINNTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL

This file does not exist. When I looked it up it has
somthing to do with the Windows XP Dynamic Update
package? Where can I get this? Will this package allow
me to upgrade?

The standard off-the-shelf version of Windows XP Pro.

The standard version allows for multiple users and fast
user switching.

The version I have installed is from the MSDN Academic
Alliance, which is for a single-user only.
