upgrade from office xp to 2003

hi we have upgrade out office from xp to 2003 but we seem to be having a
problem. for some reason 1 user outlook is having a problem every time she
opens her out look she keeps getting the welcome wizard. were using roming
profiles on the network but i have deleted her account locally on the
computer were she was and also deleted the outlook profile still no luck but
when i logon as my self everything seems ok im guessing could be a permissons
problem but i dunno dont seem right.....being as she is the only who has a
problem with her account any ideas ??

Sounds like an account issue indeed; not an Outlook issue. Verify that here
roaming profile is actually being written back to the server and loaded on
logon.
