Upgrade from Beta2 to RC1 on Dual boot

Hi All
I have Vista Beta2 running very happily on a Dual boot system with XP on C:
and Vista Beta 2 on E:. D: is common files, ie docs, pics music etc.
I am downloading RC1 as we speak, and want to upgrade Vista with disturbing
the status quo.
My question is, do I boot to Vista and run setup or upgrade on the DVD from
there, or do I run the setup from inside XP as I did with the initial
installation.
My copy of Vista beta 2 is fully patched.

Jet,

I have same senario. After burning the DVD, I booted into Vista Beta 2, and
when the DVD spun up, i selected "upgrade". Took about 35 minutes with all
the rebooting, but really went i without a problem. I was pleasantly
surprised. Things don't usually work that way for me.
