updating windows search path

how can i add

"C:\UTL" and / or
"C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND"

to the beginning of the path enviorment variable to windows (FOR ALL
USERS) to be used either by the command line (CMD.EXE) or thru Start
menu > run?

I want to add my own command line or single *.exe utilities without
adding them or bloating windows system directories (except for my own
"C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND")?

make sense?

Hi

You can add commands to the Path statement by right-clicking on My Computer, selecting Properties and then the 'Environment Variables' button. Click on Path and then Edit.
