Updating Records in a table from another

Hi,
I have a 'master' table in an Access Data Base which has 350 records of
historic data about departments and the teams who work within them with
details of thier managers and addresses.

I have had this data checked by the various managers and now have another
table with 54 records which contains all of the updated infomation.

Each Record (Team) has a unique ID number which exist in both tables. Can
anyone tell me how to update the 'master' with the new data?

Thank you in advance

UPDATE TargetTable INNER JOIN SourceTable ON TargetTable.TestID =
SourceTable.TestID SET TargetTable.TestText = SourceTable.TestText,
TargetTable.TestLong = SourceTable.TestLong, TargetTable.TestDate =
SourceTable.TestDate;

.... where 'SourceTable' is the table with the changes and 'TargetTable' is
the table you want to update, 'TestID' is the name of the field containing
your unique identifier, and 'TestText', 'TestLong', and 'TestDate' are the
names of the fields containing data that is to be updated.
