Updating application with new forms?

Hi,

A mate has an existing database, which is in daily use. I've got a copy of it
and have updated some of the forms. How do I go about replacing his existing
froms with the ones I've created? (He has all the real data which I need to
ensure remains accurate)

One question: would I then have to install the front end on multiple machines
for different users?

That is not a technical requirement, but it is such a highly recommended
step that most developer's consider it a "must do". Having multiple people
share an Access application file (either all-in-one or a front end)
increases the chances of file corruption significantly and also doesn't
perform as well as giving each user their own copy of a front end.
