As soon asa I download the computer does not work. I had
to re-install every thing. Any suggestions. Dell tells me
that These downloads cause havoc. What dou you suggest?

I'm not aware of any specific issues with those updates, either on a Dell
computer or not. If there is an issue with those updates on Dell computers,
it's Dell's responsibility to issue a fix to resolve the issue.
