Updates to Outlook 2003

I have updated my Outlook 2003 and now my whole e-mail account has
disappeared. I have lost my folders, my inbox, my address list, sent mail -
everything. Furthermore my Outlook account is no longer connecting to my
e-mail and receiving new e-mails. I have no idea where this information is,
how to find it or indeed what to do with it if I did. Any help out there
gratefully appreciated.

With outlook closed; Control Panel>Mail applet> Profiles, does it show two?
If not, data files, does it show one and if you click add, do more data
files show?
