Updated program won't work on XP2

My fruity loops music producers program works on my XP1 program but not on my
new computer with XP2. It's not the program, it downloads fine on old
computer. I've tried everything, reinstalled program, changed settings,
nothing works. I want XP1 on my computer. How do I get XP2 off. It seems
to be embedded in the system. It won't uninstall.
PLEASE HELP, I HAVE TO HAVE MY PROGRAM!

Before uninstalling SP2 check to see if there is an update for the program.

To unistall SP2 - Control Panel > Add and Remove Programs and select Windows
update Service Pack 2 and click remove.
