Update Outlook for DST

Does Outlook have a specific update, aside from the Outlook Update Tool? For
example, Windows has 931386 and Exchange has 926666. I read on another post
that update 914387 should be applied, however, I searched for this update, an
article appeared explaining how to adjust a couple of registry keys. Do I
need to adjust these registry keys if I applied 931836 and 926666?

Outlook itself is not patched. The OS of the machine it's running on, the
server OS, and exchange are what is patched.

There is a TZMove.exe file that can be applied to those versions of Microsoft
Outlook versions 2000 - 2003. Earlier versions are not supported and Outlook
2007 does not require patching. This patch must be run after the DST update
to the O/S. If you have no calendar entries, then I'm not sure you require
the patch.
