Update on Epson Settlement

First, the original message (cross-posted) then the update:

Received a call today from Epson "Corporate Relations" regarding the
complaint that ecodes for the ink settlement are not allowed to be
added together for a printer purchase.

Are any of you Epson users who were part of the class action suit? How
many have recieved more than one ecode? How many would like to add
together the credit due to you and use the total at one time for a
significant savings?

Please post so I can see how many this may effect. If you want to let
Epson know how you feel, call Pam Barnett at 562-981-3840.

UPDATE
Use the phone number I provided and call it four times, once asking
for Pam Barnett, then for Tammy Nolan, Leslie Miller, and Marguerite
Caldwell. 562-981-3840

They need to hear from many people that WE care about getting OUR
money in a fair and friendly manner rather than being coerced into
making multiple purchases to receive the money Epson CHEATED from us
in the ink cartridge SCANDAL. Excuse me for 'shouting' but they need
to hear in no uncertain terms that their formerly loyal customers are
angry and that HP and Canon are earning better reputations by not
cheating THEIR customers.

As I told Pam, if Epson wants to make this work, they can handle our
ecodes over the phone for purchases and quit losing their lunch money
to their competitors. Their rep is going sour.

Call and rant or leave a message. Person to person will have impact
if we just do it. And if you learn any of these folks' email address,
pass it along and also send them links to posts like this one.

Thanks,
Mitch

I'm wondering what the rep had to say to you after you vented? Did he/she
say it was not a viable option to vent codes or that it couldn't be done via
telephone?
