Update BIOS for CA810E chipset

I am trying to find out whether the BIOS on my system can be updated. My
motherboard is a CA810E and when I went to intel it did not give a download
for XP. I did upgrade my OS from Windows Me to XP. My current BIOS version
is A11 dated 3/7/2001. I am trying to update the system drivers to be as up
to date as possible. Any suggestions or advice would help alot.
