Unzip file using Extraction Wizard from a batch file

Does anyone know how to unzip a file using command line placed in a
batch file (.bat)?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks, I was trying to get away from installing WinZip on over 200
laptops... therefore, would prefer to use command lines with Windows
Extraction Wizard... if possible.
