Unwanted watermark on Outlook printed EMAIL

Suddenly today 3 users reported that what appears to be a watermark has shown
up on any Outlook email message they print: "DRAFT - for management purposes
only". NONE of these users has MS Word as their email editor, so checking to
change a default watermark setting in Word won't help. Where did this rogue
watermark come from and how can they get rid of it? Extensive search of MS
"knowledge" base failed to find anything except Word watermarks info.

Di, have you tried to delete the normal.dot? Word will automatically
generate one when you launch it again so there is no worries there (or rename
it to normal.old if you prefer).

Chris, thanks, but as i explained in my question, these users are NOT using
Word as their email editors, so deleting the normal.dot Word template is
unlikely to help. The watermark appears not in any Word document but on
printed email messages, and they are not using Word as their email editor.
