unwanted toolbar

I have a excel file that when I open it up it gives me an unwanted toolbar
that I can't seem to turn off. It looks like an Outlook type arrangement.
In fact, it is a place I can send the file out in an email. TO:, FROM:,
CC:, and SUBJECT: are all on this toolbar. I simply can't find out how to
turn this baby off. It takes up way to much real estate to leave there. If
I start a new file this baby isn't on there. I'm pretty sure it's
proprietary to it's own file only. Anyone know of how to turn this thing
off? Wish I had a way to send a .jpg of what I am talking about.

Thanks

when you view>toolbars> click each of the selected ones off and on when you
get rid of the one you don't want save the file and reopen it. if the
toolbar reappears look for a macro which opens it and delete the macro

Been there and done that to no avail. I even went to macros and want to list
the macros for this file and there is not one listed. How would I actually
delete any and all macros in the file?

Thanks

try
go to file>send to and click on one of the options
I was able to generate something similar to what you described

and then by going back into file>send to and clicking on the option again
getting it to go away.
I had to click on the exact option before it did go away
