Unwanted iSearch Bar ADWARE!!!

Tony

I have an iSearch Toolbar that not only acts as my search
companion, but it disables my ability to customize
toolbars from the Tools Menu. I have XP home. I can not
find the adware name in my application list
under "Add/Remove Programs in my Control Panel.
