Unwanted icons- how to remove?

There are unwanted icons that have appeared on my desktop
page and in my 'ALL Programs' section! How do I remove
them and delete them from my computer??? Help Please!
(They have to do something with gambling and traveling)

If you just want to remove the icons right click and choose delete.
