UNWANTED DOCUMENT OPENING WHEN WORD STARTS

Posted Internet dialogue form into Word 97 to save as an
attachment to a future e-mail and now can't get rid of it.

Each time Word starts, up comes this page of dialogue
boxes as "Document 1"

Saving and deleting doesn't clear it, renaming doesn't.

Any ideas?

I am having this problem too. I was working on the
Internet, viewing a page from H&R Block information
regarding some investments. Somehow I get this page every
time I open WORD. How can I get rid of it? I may have
tried to "save" it in a WORD document, not sure just what
did happen. I have MS Office 2000 PRO, and using Windows
XP Professional. Thank you, Phyllis Delph
