Unstalling and Reinstalling Windows Mail

I am running a Dell computer with Vista Business, SP-1, 32 bit. I wanted to
migrate Windows Mail from one user account on my computer to another account and
messed up Windows Mail such that neither it's maintenance tools nor even WMUtil
can fix it. Now I am wondering if I could just uninstall it for the affected
account (while leaving it intact in the other accounts) and reinstall it. Also,
where do I find the program to uninstall it if I wanted to - it doesn't show up
in Control Panel. Finally, is WLM enough better that I should consider
replacing WM with it?

WM can't be installed or uninstalled since it is part of the Vista OS.

Windows Live Mail is newer, has more features and fewer bugs.
Some don't like its user interface. The best way to find out how
it is different is to try it out:

Thanks Gary, I will probably do that. I assume that WLM could be
uninstalled if I don't like it - right?

Absolutely. If you need to uninstall, you'll find it in Control Panel,
Programs and Features, under the name "Windows Live Essentials".
