unspecified script error when printing

Whenever I print from outlook, I get the following
unspecified script error:

line : 1345

res://C:\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I need to cut and paste the from outlook to word the e-
mail i'm trying to print and then print it from word.
