Unspecified Error when opening forms in VS

When opening my solution in VS.NET, I keep getting "Unspecified Error" when
trying to open any form in the project. I can cure this by switching to code
view for each form, then modifying and saving. I have to do this for every
form in the project, then I can open them all. But intermittently the
problem comes back again.

Is this a known problem? If so, is there a solution?

What language are you using? VB .NET?

Yeah, I was able to add them. For a while anyway. I couple of days later,
the problem reared its head again, so I went through the same motions as
previously explained.
