"unsent messages in outbox" persisting

I've tried all the suggestions that a gary has been adding in these posts
since 2007, but nothing is working. I've tried the microsoft patch and the
util thing. The only thing I haven't done at this point is to upgrade to
Microsoft Live Mail. Do you think this will take care of the problem? I'm
thinking that I should download Outlook Exp which was never a problem.
Thoughts?

*Migrating* to WLMail would probably resolve the behavior, yes, as would
doing a Repair Install of Vista, I suspect.

You cannot "download" (install) OE in Vista.
