Unrecognized Format error in Access 2003 MDE??

Can anyone tell me why I am getting a "This database is in
an unrecognized format." error when I try to open a 2003
MDE file?

I developed the app in Access 2000. Coverted the MDB to
Access 2003 from a different computer with only Office
2003 on it. (That database runs just fine.) Then I make
a 2003 MDE from the 2003 MDB and when I try to open the
MDE I get the error.

I have tried it with the default file format set both ways
with no difference.

Any ideas?

Hi, Dave.

Go back to the Access 2003 MDB and recompile the code, then create a new MDE
database file out of it. Do you still get this error with the new MDE?
