Depends on why it was not received. If it's still on the email
provider's server, and hasn't been discarded for being there
too long, all you have to do is tell an email program where
to find it and then you'll receive it.

If for some reason your email program won't retrieve emails sitting
on the mail server, you should be able to access those via webmail.
If your provider does not offer webmail access, you can do it at
http://mail2web.com.

Depends on your email provider, who is probably also your internet
provider. Ask them for their instructions for setting up to get email.
If they haven't written instructions for Windows Mail yet, use their
instructions for Outlook Express but under Windows Mail instead.
The instructions are probably somewhere on their web site. Or, you
could tell us who your email provider is and see if anyone here
already knows where to find the instructions.
