Use the following key strokes while viewing the Inbox:
Left Alt, V, V, G. the same key stroke will revert the view after reading
those 3 messages.
Or view>current view>uncheck 'group messages by conversation'
The problem is probably related to a message that was originally marked as
Spam and then moved to the inbox from the Spam folder? Replies in that
thread then are hidden, it is a bug.
