I am running an xp, and when I start I recieve this
error... I found the answer in the Knowledge base, but it
is too high tech for me... can someone please explain in a

If you couldn't follow the article in the Knowledge base, then you
should call a local computer repair shop and have them fix your
computer. You'll be happier and the computer will get fixed quickly.
