unmountable boot volume errer when booting from floppy

I get the unmountable_boot_volume when booting from the
Windows XP sp1 boot disk, on a laptop without any windows
isntalled.

pls help

That doesn't work, I need to boot from the floppy disks
and thats when it goofs up.
