unlock MySafe folder

Dear all,
I'm unable to *unlock my safe folder*.
The menu item Lock/UnLock is not appearing when i right click on M
Safe folder.
Can anyone provide me some help?

What application did you use to lock it?

Find the folder & check the folder permissions:

Right-click the folder | Properties | Security tab...

the problem was fixed after i cleared the "Use simple File Sharing" in
the folder option.
