Unknown Stop Errors

Hi, all!
I have a server that was upgraded to W2K3 -
it's a general file/print server, that also runs DHCP.

Throughout the day, the box will reboot itself (which you can imagine is
quite annoying since it's the print server). The stop errors are different,
But appear in a pop up dialog when I log on stating:

System Error with something like:
Error code 0000007e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 babe1004, parameter3
ba5bec08, parameter4 ba5be858.
or
Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00000080, parameter2 00000002, parameter3
00000001, parameter4 bab96a2d.
OR
Error code 000000d1, parameter1 25142513, parameter2 00000002, parameter3
00000000, parameter4 807c8a24.

Nothing on Microsoft, hardware manufacturer states it's got to be MS.

Only one below applied & I had already installed the hotfix.
Made no difference.
I've seen a link on HP.com's community forum where users were experiencing
the same issue & each person ran into a different hardware fix.
Nothing appears to be working.
