Unknown Message.

I periodically get a message from Explorer. That
message being as follows: Microsoft Internet Explorer;
Cannot find 'file:///C:/bns/B_713400.htm'. Make sure the
path or Internet address is correct.
I am unaware of what this means. When I click the "X:
or the "OK" buttons, it pulls up my home page without any
site that may correct this problem. I have tried to
change my Internet setting without correcting this
problem. I was wondering if anyone would have any
suggestions. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
