My XP prompt the BSOD when booting with the following
message:
C000021a unknown hard error.

I have search the Microsoft and Interner and I cannot find
any help. Please suggest
possible step to solve the problem.

Go through hardware troubleshooting until you find the offending
component and then replace it:

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).
