Outlook Unknown error on outlook

[ORPHEUS]

I have been trying to run outlook with exchange and receive "can't open this item.Unknown error" message when I try to open an e-mail.

I have to solve this but do not understand what is the problem. Please, help me !

With the limited information received so far...it *might* be resolved by the following article..

If this doesn't help please provide the full version of Outlook Client & SP and Exchange Server & SP.
Also provide FULL DETAILED steps about the profile settings and steps taken to trigger the problem.
