Unknown Error 12152

At times when I try to access my companies email system
(http://mail.*****.com/exchange) which uses Outlook Web Access I get a window
with the Header saying "Microsoft Internet Explorer" with the following
message - Unknown Error 12152. This happens about 90% of the time. However,
when I access the same address using AOL I can get through to my companies
email system.

I have disabled my firewall, changed my Interent Setting many times, etc. to
no avail. No matter what I change I cannot access directly from my ISP,
while be able to access every time with AOL no matter what the settings.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Outlook does'nt have any solutions.

Thank you for your response, but your recommendation was of no assistance.

I am not running a firewall, I disabled it in an effort to eliminate the
12152 error to no avail.

Why can I access my email at times and not at other times?
